TE6011
The circuit TE6011"Load Detector" is an exclusive product by Tecnoelettra and is used to detect a load on an electric line, then activating a relay output .
You need only to insert on the electric line a current transformer with ratio /5 (up to 5 Amperes the TA is in the circuit) and the circuit automatically detects when there is a load request. The detected load can be of any type: a switch that closes to turn-on a lamp, a signal by a pressure switch for the command of an electropump, the signal by a thermostat for the command of a fridge etc....
The picture represents a typical application: COMMAND OF A GENERATOR
-The house is supplied only by the generator and on the line there is a current transformer TA/5 (up to 5 A the connection is direct)
-A controller is installed on the generator (for example the TE2010) with the remote start/stop function.
-The closure of one of the switches of the house (that means load request) is detected by the TE6011 that sends a remote start signal to the controller installed on the generator to command a starting procedure.
-The opening of the switch (that means no load) is detected by the TE6011 that sends a stop signal.
-In this case the system permits to optimize the use of the generator, as well as reducing the consumptions and the maintenance.
