The SPARK series manipulators are able to remove the sprue from the mould separating it at a 100% success rate from
the other pieces. In this way, apart from the time saving element, one has the option to immediately recycle the sprue
materials. Furthermore, one has the assurance that the mould will not close with the sprue still present the mould.
The high level velocity of these movements result in a very limited and superfluous time loss on the cycle time.
The SPARK series is composed of two distinct models, SPARK-S and SPARK-C.
The SPARK-S can be installed on injection machines up to 250-300 tons since its kinetic system enable it to easily climb
over the gates/doors of the injection machine. The SPARK-C is suitable for smaller injection machines , up to 80-100 tons,
and moves on three cartesian axes.
