It's a non-self centering gripper with double effect pneumatic function fit to pick up objects which cannot be manipulated with the conventional grips, such as for example fabric, fruits, food products, rubber, cardboard, carpets, etc.
- FUNCTION:
The product is constituted by two double effect pneumatic pistonsto which are connected 2 pairs of hardened needles.
The needles thrust out in a counterposing movement thus making it possible to grip and hold tight the object to be manipulated; when
the gripper opens up on re-entry the needles disappear and release the object.
- TECHNICAL FEATURES:
The picking of large flexible objects is possible by using two or four gripping devices applied to the four ends or corners of the object to be manipulated.
- MATERIALS:
They are built in hardened anodized aluminum alloy UNI3571 with the lower plates , the pistons and the needles made of hardened and rectified steel.
- VERSIONS:
On request stainless steel or nickel plated grippers are available to comply with the norms related to their use in the food industry.
