The Olympia model machine is designed to pack food products in pre-formed trays with the addition of MAP. This machine is ideal for the packaging of ready meals improving the shelf life of the product, protecting food from damage during transportation, and presenting the product in nice looking packaging exalting the characteristics of the packed product. The machine is made entirely of stainless steel in compliance with the current standards and combines a basic unit and a vacuum pump. Mechanical and pneumatic operations are controlled by a microprocessor and 10 different cycles can be set for different products. An electronic sensor ensures precision in controlling the vacuum and gas. The aluminum mould, is made each time according to the customer's requests in order to obtain an absolut precision in the details of the packaging. The machine is available in different versions: Olympia S: Only sealing Olympia VG: Sealing and vacuum-gas Olympia H250: trays up to 250mm high
