DBG Robust Temperature Controller For Severe Environments The DBG temperature range provides robustly constructed and reliable control devices designed specifically for applications of severe environmental conditions and is rated to IP55. The DBG can be mounted in any attitude without affecting its operating characteristics. For applications with severe vibration problems, all models are designed to withstand acceleration up 15g. Full details of the vibration characteristics within which the DBG will operate are shown in the pdf data sheet. The DBG is mounted directly onto the application and temperature sensing is via a sensor stem 62mm L x 12.7mm Ø. Electrical connections are single pole double throw switches, which terminate on 4.8mm x 0.5mm quick connect terminals. Switch contacts are rated at 15 Amps at 240VAC, and 10 Amps at 24VDC.
