Mobile welding fume filter extractor with extraction arm TEKA

TEKA offers a great variety of mobile suction and filtering units for welding fumes. We offer units for each application and welding procedure and each metal (steel, galvanized steel, aluminium, precious metals etc.).
We offer our units in various versions - with HEPA filter or with filter cartridge with manual or automatical dedusting). In case that gas and/or odours arise from the welding process it is possible to equip the filter unit additionally with an activated carbon filter.
Three types are also BGIA certified (German institute for government safety organisation) and are therefore approved for welding fume class W3.
The TEKA HANDYCART, for instance, is a compact, space-saving unit used for welding of small components. In a special version this filter unit can be used for torch extraction.
On the other hand we offer high end mobile cartridge filter units like our STRONGMASTER and CARTMASTER. These units allow long lasting extractions of weldinig processes with non-alloyed metals and precious metals, especially along with strong smoke emissions.
For applications with oil and emulsion mist we offer our units of the OILCUBE type.
