certified units. Several of the suction units
are BGIA-certified for the highest available
welding fume category (W3), a certificate
awarded by the German institute for industrial
safety.
Welding fume category W3 means that our
units are able to reliably extract and clean
low, medium and high alloyed steels, e.g.
containing a part of nickel and chrome
of
30 % and more with a separation efficiency
of more than 99 %.
The units are certified according to the international
effective standard DIN ISO 15012-1
that controls industrial and health protection
for welding and related processes and the
requirements, examination and identification
of air cleaning systems.
At the moment, our range of units contains
three mobile units that are certified:
CAREMASTER,
CLEANMASTER and STRONGMASTER.
In addition, several of our stationary
or central units are certified with the
BGIA seal: CARTMASTER for wall mounting,
the FILTERCUBE 2N-4H model range and the
central cartridge filter unit ZPF-9H.
