Description
The EMC48S50-04 is designed to control AC induction motors rated up to 26kW. The integrated fan and heatsink provide excellent thermal performance. The soft start feature of the EMC significantly reduces the high in rush currents associated with motor starting. Built in optional settings include bypass feature, kick, initial torque setting, soft start duration, and others. Status feedback and LEDs provide diagnostics for trouble shooting and system monitoring. The EMC also provides a soft stop feature to prevent abrupt stopping on conveyors for example.
