The GRF311 is a single-pole, dual-throw (SPDT) relay that delivers improved repeatability and performance over DC to 8 GHz.
The GRF311 is available in coil voltages of 5, 12 and 26.5 Vdc. The GRF311 is designed for use in attenuator and other RF circuits. Features include high resistance to electrostatic discharge (ESD), a unique ground shield that isolates and shields each lead. The relay is RoHS compliant. The GRF311 measures .370 inches (9.4 mm) in diameter and .315 inches (8 mm) in height (including ground shield). It weighs 0.09 oz. (2.55 g).
