Wheel description
Standard non-marking rubber tread; hardness 85 +/-3 Shore A. Centre made of two riveted galvanized pressed steel discs.
The version with roller bearings of these wheels is also available with an antistatic strip. To order the anti-static wheel, add the suffix "AS" to the wheel+castor assembling cod
Bush bearing bore or roller bearing bore
In the bush bearing bore, the hub contains a bush made of polyamide 6 with molybdenum disulphide to make it self-lubricating.
In the roller bearing bore, the bearing housing contains cylindrical roller bearings with polyamide 6 cage.
Axle
Axle composed of ground steel bush with bolt according to UNI EN 24017 and nut according to UNI EN 24032.
Swivel top plate bracket NL with central lock
Swivel top plate bracket type NL. The plate, the ball rice ring and the fork are made of pressed steel zinc plated finish; swivel actions: double ball greased race with dust protection seal made of polyethilene. The king pin is integral with top plate and duly rivetted. The hexagonal brake system locks at the same time the rotation of two wheels.
