Oven Controlled SAW Oscillators in Package B are designed for ground based and naval military equipment, test benchs, radar and telecom simulators, analyzers, synthesizers. This oscilator is featured by remarkable performance of ultra low noise of - 165 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz from the carrier and -175dBc/Hz at noise floor for 500MHz output frequency, and ultra low noise of - 158 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz from the carrier and -168dBc/Hz at noise floor for 1000MHz output frequency. This reference is characterized by temperature stability of ± 2ppm, and aging of ± 1 ppm over 1 year.
