The 500ze is the world's first Lithium Ion powered suction sweeper matching over 40 years of experience of the design and manufacture of outdoor sweeping machines with the latest in battery technology. The 500ze has been designed for customers who are increasingly demanding cleaner and quieter sweeping solutions for their city centre areas. With a virtually silent transit mode, 25kmh travelling speed and full independent suspension, the 500ze can get from the depot to the town/city centre quickly and quietly allowing early morning or late night sweeping to take place with minimum impact on workers and residents. Tennant has been awarded the Ruban D'Honneur for Innovation of the Year by the European Business Awards Europe 2010 for the innovative Green Machines 500ze.
