Product overview
The Finlay® 984 is a 3-deck horizontal screener designed for easy set-up and versatile onsite operation in quarrying, mining and recycling. It incorporates the Terex® Cedarapids 6203 triple-shaft screen (each deck 6.1 m x 1.93 m) to produce four product sizes while maximising throughput and separation accuracy.

Key features

• Patented hydraulic folding conveyors produce a compact transport width of approximately 3000 mm.
• Adjustable elliptical (oval-throw) action reduces plugging and maintains screening efficiency.
• Fine tuning of stroke angle, amplitude and speed allows processing of materials up to approximately 800 t/h depending on configuration.

Screenbox

• High-capacity Terex® Cedarapids 6203 triple-shaft screen.
• Three screening decks, each 6.1 m x 1.93 m.
• Adjustable elliptical throw combining linear and circular amplitude; fixed horizontal screen angle.
• Galvanised access catwalks on both sides of the screenbox.

• Midgrade conveyor: belt width 900 mm, working angle up to 22°, hydraulic folding for transport; standard discharge height approx. 4.8 m; stockpile capacity up to approx. 165 m³.
• Fines conveyor: belt width 900 mm, working angle up to 30°, hydraulic folding for transport; ground-level greasing access for bearings; discharge height up to approx. 5.4 m; stockpile capacity up to approx. 235 m³.

T-Link Telematics
T-Link telematics hardware and software (multi-year data subscription fitted as standard where applicable) provide remote connection to the machine for location, machine status and operational data to support remote monitoring and optimisation of utilisation.
