Description

Ceramic heaters - Ceramic fiber

Elements constructed with steel-chromium-aluminum resistance wire integrated in molded ceramic fiber material, very low mass and high thermal and electrical insulation.

Manufactured in both standard and custom sizes, it is the heaters that offer the highest thermal heating capacity.

Applications: small high temperature furnaces, metal smelting, semiconductor processes, glass, ceramics and wire, analytical instrumentation, research and development laboratories.
Temperature: 1,200ºC.
Cylinders: inner diameter from 13 to 203 mm, length from 152 to 305 mm.
Semi-cylinders: inner diameter from 51 to 406 mm, length from 152 to 914 mm.
Plates: width from 102 to 760 mm, length from 152 mm to 914 mm, thickness up to 100 mm.
Power supply: 60/120/240 V, with powers up to 15 kW.
