Autoclave for laminated glass

for the manufacturing of stratified glass, and safety glass,
special glass shape as well as windshields, etc.
The autoclave use for this application is showing a
constant growth in the world market.
The autoclave aims are to create suitable conditions of
temperature, pressure and holding time, in order to allow
the following main results:
-TO DISSOLVE RESIDUAL AIR DURING THE AIR -
REMOVAL PHASE;
-TO REACH THE VISCOUS STATE OF THE PVB FILM
TO STICK TOGETHER THE GLASS SHEETS;
-TO PREVENT AIR PENETRATION BETWEEN THE
SHEETS
TERRUZZI autoclaves give a finished laminated product
under suitable conditions of temperature and pressure,
ensuring high transparency, efficiency and quality.
The laminated sheets are automatically pre-bonded to a
PVB film placed between the sheets and than they are
introduced into the autoclave.
