Description

The TERRUZZI Autoclave for composite polymerization for composite polymerization is applied in the following industrial areas: Aeronautic Aerospace Automotive Naval Sports Most of the projects have been realized by TERRUZZI FERCALX on Turn-key basis, where Terruzzi Fercalx Group has acquired a distinctive Know-How and expertise. The combined effect of temperature, pressure and vacuum at fixed set points which is carried out during the working cycle of the autoclave gives strength and resistance to the product under treatment. No other solution for polymerization (e.g. RTM, pultrusion, filament winding, etc.) can achieve such results. Large autoclaves, over 5 meters in diameter and above 20 meters in lenght, are the projects where Terruzzi Fercalx demonstrates to its customers to be the market leader, showing also its own capability to supply a highly reliable plant suitable to achieve and maintain the process performances. Several working references of these types of projects for the major aircraft manufacturers and their subsuppliers, confirm such leadership of TERRUZZI FERCALX. Software are also certified and critical to achieve the required quality certification.
