Tetra Alsafe® for intermediate storage​

Tetra Alsafe® is ideal for intermediate storage​ of low-acid food products under aseptic conditions.

The Tetra Alsafe® LA tank is sterilised by steam at a minimum temperature of 125 degrees C for 30 minutes. It is then cooled by water circulating through the cooling jacket.

Sterile air is fed into the tank to prevent creation of vacuum during cooling.
