Description

Tetra Pak® Evaporator Falling Film MVR provides a fully automatic and continuous evaporation system. The evaporator is suitable for the production of the complete range of dairy products. The system is customer specific designed, and therefore available for a wide range of product compositions and capacities. Capacity Evaporation rates vary from 1-100 tonnes per hour depending on product type and composition. Low-energy evaporation system for dairy products • 20-hour production runs without mesophilic or thermophilic spore growth • Low energy cost due to reduced steam and electricity consumption • Highest condensate quality thanks to cyclone-type separators Features Cyclone-type separators extend run times and minimise product losses Cyclone-type separators offer a better and more efficient flow pattern compared to integrated separators. The improved flow avoids dead ends or dead spots, reducing the risk of product build-up and bacterial growth. We guarantee 20 hours of production without bacterial growth for most dairy products, as well as lower product losses. Our cyclone-type separators also produce superior condensate quality to integrated separators. Smart design for small factory footprint Cyclone-type separators allow us to install all evaporator components (calandria, separator, MVR fan) close to each other, reducing floor space requirements.
