Description

PYROTEX® SLEEVES is made of braided glass fibers and coated with a heavy layer of red silicon rubber. This product cause a decrease in dropping of power and quality to erosion. It can handle temperature up to 260°C. Its re color is cause by the high content of FE 203. The red silicon outer coating of the based gives a extreme quality to erosion and usually utilized to secure hydraulic cooling pipes, cables for electric circuits and for the manoeuvre and control of extremely overheated metals and molten slag. This product can also utilized in induction furnaces, to secure the cooling circuits of electric power cables and is mostly used in foundries for aluminium. This is also a shield for workers to keep them from the possibility of burning because of the extreme heat from pipes that includes molten metals in a steelworks for the making of special steels.
