E Glass Fibre Knitted Cord / Rope (Firm - with Core): our glass knitted cords (Non elastic stretch) are manufactured from high quality 6 or 9µ E glass yarns. An E glass fibre core is inserted in to the centre of the rope to prevent the knitted construction from becoming elastic in nature. E Glass cords can also be produced with a black finish. The E Glass fibres will not rot, and are unaffected by insects, fungi, and bacteria. it is resistant to oils, solvents, and most chemicals, and suitable for continuous use at temperatures up to 550°C.
