The chain conveyor gently conveys pallets, grid box pallets and similar products both lengthwise and crosswise.
This optimised material handling system ensures maximum transport quality and availability paired with lowest noise emission. Special features of the chain conveyor are the overlapping chains at transition points and the operator-friendly chain tensioner.
For high payloads of up to 1500 kg the conveyor optionally uses a centre pallet rail or a driven third chain strand to support the pallet weight. A simple hand wheel permits the maintenance personnel to readjust the chain tension at any time without special tools, making it impossible to overstretch the chain.
