Pallet transport over 10 m with only one drive
Roller conveyors are used to transport pallets, grid boxes and similar conveyor goods with unit weights of up to 1,500 kg (3306 lbs). Their modular construction makes an individual adaption to the conveyed goods possible. The roller drive is effected by a precision roller chain that engages tangentially with the chain wheels of the carrier rollers and is guided and carried away by means of plastic fulcrum slides. The frame consists of rolled steel frame profiles that are screwed along with the rollers to a torsion rigid frame.
