Latest generation of the TGW sliding shoe sorter
Natrix is the latest generation of the TGW sliding shoe sorter, providing high performance sortation of goods with varying dimensions into multiple discharge lanes on both sides of the machine. It is capable of delivering up to 10,200 cartons or totes (400 x 400 mm/16" x 16") per hour each weighing up to 50 kg (110 lbs).
The products are conveyed on a sorter bed consisting of extruded aluminium profiles. Shoes slide across these profiles, diverting products to pre-selected destinations. Different types of discharge lane are available, e.g. driven roller conveyors, non-driven roller conveyors or gravity
Modular in design for easy assembly and reconfiguration, Natrix is a high performance quiet, low maintenance sortation system.
