Description
The Ambient Air sensor is designed for wall or surface mounted measurement of the ambient air temperature in environments such as laboratories, computer rooms and clean rooms.
It is also available for external use as a frost protection device. A perforated outer protection stem is available to avoid wind chill.
The temperature sensor can be specified as either PT100 or as a thermocouple. The sensor is enclosed in either an ABS thermoplastic or die-cast aluminium enclosure to provide maximum protection.
Units can be specified with a temperature transmitter to provide a 4 to 20mA signal output.
