It is well known that the properties of thermoelectric materials greatly depend on operating temperature. In multistage modules cascades temperatures differ significantly. Therefore it is reasonable to select such material in each cascade which could provide the maximum efficiency at its temperature. Thermion Company implemented a NEW TE material selection process (TEMSP) in its manufacturing practice. Now we are able to offer you our multistage 3MC06-024 module destined for cooling IR-detectors and sensors whose ∆Tmax is 3-5 K higher than that for analogs TECs available at the world market. As a result, with the same TEC power you will be able to get better performance of your device what can give you a sizeable advantage over competitors.
