The DCD3 Data Collector is a rugged mountable enclosure that provides operators with the same operation as the DCX3 Data Collector but for use in robot-controlled or fixtured applications. The DCD3 accepts any GapGun measurement head and like the DCX 3 can be connected to legacy mechanical or contact-based measurement systems using industry-standard RS232 or USB connections.

The bright, daylight-readable display shows your operators exactly where to measure on your part, and provides clear feedback indicating how whether or not it is in tolerance. Data can be automatically logged in a variety of formats, either by Ethernet, USB, or directly onto your corporate quality database via 802.11 WiFi infrastructure.
