Semi-automatic mandrel bending machines from the FK series have one controlled axis. The bending angle is programmable from 0 - 190°. The complete bending cycle takes place fully automatically and is controlled. Tube feeding and rotation are performed manually against stops. All semi-automatic mandrel bending machines can optionally be fitted with a digital measurement system for the tube intake and rotation. Even in the standard version the mandrel bending machines feature premature, programmable mandrel withdrawal for optimum arch quality.

Single-axis program controller
The mandrel bending machines feature a powerful program controller with a 12 x 9 cm display and plain text menu navigation. 128 bending programs, each with 64 positions can be saved. The controller has an interface for online connection to an external PC. Bending programs, the cutting length and all setting values can be calculated on the external PC using the 3-D tube bending software and transferred online to the machine controller.
