Multi-function digital controller with piece-counter, piece presetting, work timer, diagnosis and alarm messages.
Automatic control over cutting lenght and sawframe return stroke. Hydraulically powered multi-feed system moves the material into the cutting zone, reducing indexing time and speeding the cutting process. Adjustable sawframe downfeed speed.
One way miter cutting (from 0° to 45°). From 45° to 60° on semiautomatic mode.
Two cutting speeds or electronic speed variator. (Optional)
Cast-iron sawframe on twin tapered bearings and ring nut to provide greater stability.
