Manual band sawing machine for solid and metal profiles. Also steel, stainless steel, brass, aluminium, copper. Robust, versatile and handy, for professional duty.
Two ways miter cutting (45°-0°- 60°).
New round working table providing precision mitering, yet preventing the sawband to scratch its surface as the cut is completed.
Cast-iron sawframe on twin tapered bearings and ring nut to provide greater stability.
Precision blade-guide with hard metal pads, bearings and anti-corosion treatement.
Two cutting speeds.
Vice with quick lock lever.
Cutting cycle: vice locking of material to cut - the sawband runs as long as the operator holds the gripswitch - manual pull down of the sawframe.
MULTIMODE CYCLE:
- automatic sawframe downfeed with quick approach of the blade to the material being cut.
- Manual sawframe downfeed with constant feed rate.
- Manual sawframe downfeed with free feed rate.
