Multi-function digital controller with piece-counter, piece presetting, work timer, diagnosis and alarm messages.
Adjustable sawframe downfeed speed.
New round working table providing precision mitering, yet preventing the sawband to scratch its surface as the cut is completed.
Two ways miter cutting (45°-0°- 60°).
Cast-iron sawframe on twin tapered bearings and ring nut to provide greater stability.
Precision blade-guide with hard metal pads, bearings and anti-corrosion treatement.
Two cutting speeds.
The digital controller offers three different operating functions:
Semi-automatic cutting cycle: manual vice adjustment through handwheel - semi-automatic start through pedal switch or control panel switch - the machine carries out a complete cutting cycle including vice locking, sawframe downfeed, cut, sawframe return and vice opening.
Manual cutting cycle: manual vice adjustment through handwheel - material vice locking through switch key - sawband start through gripswitch - manual sawframe pull down and cut - material vice opening through switch key.
Multi-Mode cutting cycle: manual vice adjustment through handwheel - manual approach of the sawframe to the material - cutting cycle start through gripswitch including vice locking, sawframe downfeed, cut, sawframe return and vice opening.
