Description
Application:
Volumetric and gravimetric feeding of good flowing, poorly flowing, moist and free-flowing products. Depending on the product and properties the output ranges from 100 kg / h up to 10,000 kg / h.
Properties:
The flat bottom feeding unit ZD 55 FB is equipped with easy exchangeable dosing tools. Various dosing tools, such as double concave, double solid or twin spiral screws facilitate adaptation to the product to be dosed.
Double concave screws and an agitator ensure an excellent dosing result. The bulk solids are discharged continuously, gently and almost completely.
The dosing device is easy to clean and easy to assemble and disassemble.

- Gravimetric control Siemens Siwarex FTA or FTC
- Frequency converter with touch panel
- Potentiometer
In addition, various communication protocols allow integration into higher-level systems and existing systems.
