The Fortis laser features the highest commercial output power directly from a sub-picosecond oscillator based on the thin-disk technology. The laser output delivers transform-limited <800 fs pulses with 1 µJ pulse energy, at 50 MHz repetition rates, and up to 50 W of average power. Applications include extremely high speed material processing and micromachining, waveguide fabrication, OPO pumping, RGB pumping, to name a few.
