MobileQA is a professional software that allows the staff of the production Quality Control to monitor the production unit in real time and to register the critical information.
By the use of an industrial PROFESSIONAL PDA, the CQ staff will carry out a series of surveys, prepared and required by the software, and will register the related results.
The system will make a comparison of the surveys carried out with the specific values and will sign, directly to the worker, any out of standards.
All the parameters that are surveyed in production will be exported to a centralized database for the consultation and related reporting.
The complete system is in client/server environment and uses two different data bases that will be synchronized and repeated between them.
On the database server, all the information related to the various products, to their specifications, to the organization of the resources within the company and to the history of the measurements that are reported during time, is included and kept.
On the database client, the information regarding the technical product specifications and the policy of data access are duplicated, as long as necessary.
