The Guja B basic configuration is provided with the following modules
Filling system with peristaltic pumps
“Non-drip” and “anti-foaming” nozzles connected to the related pumps. The provided nozzles are suitable to the product to be filled. The nozzles are entirely manufactured in stainless steel AISI316, and they can be easily disassembled to facilitate the sterilization operation. The pipes connecting the filling heads to the related pumps are manufactured in a material suitable to convey the product to be filled.
Electric height adjustment to easily adjust the nozzles to different bottle sizes.
Control panel with touch screen for the intuitive setting of machine functions.Conveyor system with resin or stainless steel chain and guide rails adjustable to the bottle size. Stainless steel supporting structure. Drive unit with idler is available on demand.

FEATURES

Machine manufactured entirely in stainless steel and aluminum: for maximum durability and resistance to highly aggressive substances. All machine components are installed in a functional way to avoid using hand tools and to facilitate the adjustment and/or part replacement operations thanks to the clamp connections and with no need for tools.
