Insulated Blast Freezer Curtains are made using a double insulated material, similar to the material used in our standard insulated curtains, sandwiched between layers of polyester reinforced vinyl. The double insulated curtain panel sits in the doorway and seals in the cold air.
The new design uses custom straight-track hardware that contains a track heater. This unique feature prevents freezing of the track, rollers, and connectors. 90 degree curved track allows the curtain to slide completely out of the door opening when loading and unloading trailers.
