AUTOMATIC TURNTABLE STRETCH WRAPPER.

Main Modules:

Turntable: roller conveyor placed onto this. It incorporates cutting and sealing group.

Vertical column: support and guide for roll of film. Control cabinet and touch-screen interface for user are integrated within.

Characteristics:

- Electronic pre-stretch intelligent system.

- No tails of film. Continuous control for film tension.

- Sealing system integrated on the turning table.

- Compact size, easy placing on reduced spaces.

- Separate column which allows 4 different possible configurations.
- Counter plate heat sealing device.

- Fully equipped with frequency inverters to ensure accurate and smooth operations.

- Double roping once wrapping cycle is over Wrapping of base pallet.

- Full colour touch-screen interface for main adjustment.

- Control cabinet within main column.
