Assembly line transfer system TMT

- designed for different production facilities
- based on accumulative roller chain conveyor or roller conveyors with accumulative friction rollers
- pallets or technological support plates (carriers) with transported material may lay directly on chains or rollers
- enable stopping-down of transported material at requested positions (and working on it), its accumulation, unloading of finished products from lines and return of empty pallets (carriers) on the beginning of assembly process
- assembly lines can be supplement with accessories - turntables, transfer tables, lifting or shifting devices, scaling, steel-strapping machine, wrapping machine, packaging machine etc.
- working positions can be equipped with overhead structures for lights, portable tools support rails, other pneumatical or electrical devices
- special lifting and turning equipment allow to manipulate with products on palettes (carriers)
- usually we delivery it with control system in accord with customer's wishes
