Description

A heat resistant silicone coated fiberglass sleeving, that protects hoses, cables and wires from molten metal splash, high heat hazards and occasional exposure to flame. Used in steel plants, glass plants, foundries, cutting and welding shops, and similar extreme environments.

Fire Sleeve withstands continuous exposure to 500 degrees F and short-term exposure up to 2200 degrees F. It is resistant to hydraulic fluids, fuels, and lubricating oils and remains extremely flexible and conformable through out the entire size range at working temperatures.

It also reduces energy loss and offers personnel burn protection by insulating hot oil, steam lines or pipe surfaces.

Sold only in 50-foot rolls. No cuts.
