GRADE 70 Transport Chain is Extremely Strong For its light weight and is used primarily for load binding in the transportation industry. however, it is also used extensively on farms, in lumbering, towing and construcion. grade 70's high strength to weight ratio is achieved by special heat treating. it resists wear because of it exceptional hardness properties.
Uses - A hight quality, high strength carbon steel chain specifically desighned to provide a light yet strong chain for binding or tie-down applications.
Chain can be supplied in Assemblies with forged Clevis Grab hooks on each end and other Attachments as required.
Nominal weights and dimensions are subject to a plus or minus tolerance of 4%.
size supply with 1/4", 5/16", 3/8", 1/2".
Finish - Yellow Dichromate (YD).
Caution : Do not use for overhead lifting. Working load limit must not be exceeded.
