This bar feeder has been designed bearing in mind the requisites of silent running, reliability, solidity and rapid change over time.
The X-FILES is able to pass from a maximum to a minimum bar diameter within very short time with no need for keys, simply by selecting the bar diameter on the PLC.
Thanks to this simple operation the bar feeder automatically sets the guide channel, the bar storage adjustment and the pusher thrust within the space of just 1 minute and 20 seconds.
The rear extraction collet features a quick-connect mechanism requiring a rapid 30 second change over time.
