Description

TIP furnaces inert gas and vacuum induction furnaces are engineered to produce all sizes of ingots ranging from 100 g to kilo-bar in gold or silver. The ingots can be achieved by melting the pre-weighed kernels in a graphite cast located in the interiors of the vacuum assembly and later cooled precisely during the solidification stage. The equipment is completely automated with across 100 programs for several ingot volumes. The user only has to pack the graphite cast with the pre-weighed kernels into the griping coil, seal the chamber and push the START switch for initializing the automate d cycle, Towards the end of the cycle, the furnace redeems the gold or silver strip ready for the industry.
