If you need to be sure that your employee (technical, security or commercial sector) visited all the scheduled points in a route, all you need is Topdata's portable data collector Viggia, easy to use and very cost effective it will bring you the results you are looking for. See how it works: The first step is to configure software TopRonda, creating checkpoints and a tour for each guard. The check points are related to iButtons placed on the areas the guard has to pass by, the guard will touch an iButton with Viggia reader, reading its serial number and recording date and time information. This information will be stored inside Viggia.
Leds signals guide user operations. Later on you can download the information into a PC connecting the unit using the serial cable provided with the kit. Software TopRonda will provide you reports by guard or by checkpoint.
