The Dual Press truck completes the above mentioned features, typical of all the mobile pharma machines, with the possibility to change the pallet by two side pressers, runned by oleodynamic cylinders.
This special way of pallet changing can be used when working with steady, compact materials like boxes or drums. While the side pressers hold the load, the lower forks are let come down to release the pallet.
Toppy Pharma WB Dual Press can be therefore used in two different ways ("Dual Mode"):
- 180° load-turning mode, for raw materials packed in big bags or sacks as well as bottles, vials.
- Side pressure ("dual press") for finished products, like boxes or drums.
Toppy Pharma WB Dual Press can lift and turn loads up to 1000 kg (1500 kg for Maxi Toppy Pharma WB Dual Press), with maximum pallet size 800 x 1200 mm, 1000 x 1200 mm (pallet DIN) or 44'' x 47'' UK pallet (well known as "bottom close"). The maximum possible height of the load is 1550 mm (1780 mm for Maxi Toppy Pharma WB Dual Press) pallet included.
