TopSolid'SheetMetal TopSolid

TopSolid'SheetMetal is a fully integrated CAD/CAM software for sheet metal processing which allows the creation of sheet metal plates from simple or complex surfaces. This module permits the unbending of parts and directly controls the evolution of the shape by managing all folds, drillings, deformations, etc. TopSolid'SheetMetal pilots numerically controlled punching machines, 2 and 3 axes laser cutting machines and combined machines. One programming system for all of these technologies guaranties optimal flexibility for the company by making its processes more secure and reliable.

An integral element of TopSolid'SheetMetal is the option Créatole. This option allows the recovery of files in all other 3D formats and converts these into flat sheet metal plates.

* Richness of standard and native interfaces
* "Touch up" tool (sewing...)
* Analysis and conversion with a systematic verification of the coherence and quality of the result
* Thickness recognition
* Management of the folds and deformations
* Modifications of the folding layers and/or thickness

The TopSolid'SheetMetal operator benefits from the richness of functionalities of the integrated TopSolid CAD/CAM solution: mechanical welding, mitre cuts, assemblies and processes (to screw, bolt, rivet, weld) draft, BOM... Libraries: standard and personalized deformation components, cylindrical parts (boiler making), profiles (tubes)
