Charge pump converter Torex Semiconductor

The charge pump ICs provide inverted voltage (XC6351) or double step-up voltage(XC9801) with only 2 external capacitors connected. IC shrinkage is realized compared to DC/DC controllers that use choke coils. The XC6351Series are integrated in to SOT-26 packages. The output is inverted and negative voltage. The XC9801 are double step-up ICs and integrated in to MSOP-8A packages.
