Description

This machine is a vertical-type precision lathe used for machining of a large-sized Fresnel lens mold. The following features are equipped to obtain high-precision machine motion and machining accuracy. Highly Precise Tool Edge Adjustment Function The swiveling axis of the Swivel Head that executes highly precise tool edge adjustment is supported via High Precision Table Type Aerostatic Bearing Spindle. A high precision rotary encoder is provided in position feedback Precision Table run-out The Table is supported by a hydrostatic bearing guide way, and a mechanism that minimizes influence of vibration and heat generation from the table drive motor is equipped. Machine Rigidity Increased to the Maximum Limit The Column and Cross-rail are monoblock cast. high rigidity and high precision V-V Roller Guide Way with Non-Circular System is equipped in the saddle guide way, and high rigidity is realized.
