Mass-production type end face grinding machine/superfinishing machine
Use of CBN grinding wheel and a highly rigid high-frequency spindle accomplishes high-efficiency and high-precision grinding. Changing the head units allows this machine to also perform superfinishing (finished surface roughness 0.01µmRa or less). Chucking with two shoes and one roller helps a loader handle a workpiece faster, and to grind very precisely in squareness(10µm or less) of machined surface, Superfine pressure control delivers consistent superfinishing to 0.02 µm Ra (average surface roughness).
