This machine super finishes the work in centerless, through-feed process.
Through-feed process can be performed very efficiently without loss time for mounting and demounting of the work.
The work, which has been fed via chute, is guided over to two carrier rollers which are respectively inclined and rotating at synchronous speed to carry the work to the direction of the axis of the work while being rotated. By lining up the stones from up-stream in the order of rough, semi-finish, finish and superfinish, the work will proceed in such order.
Carrier rolls have accurate hyperbolic form so than the work moves straight, and they have been finished in precision.
