Thermal shock chamber
Tenney
TPS
Tenney developed the thermal shock test chambers to test the the sudden and extreme temperature changes commonly experienced by the electronic components in military applications. The chamber uses two zone and dual load configurations to meet shock test requirements.
The Tenney WSP thermal shock test chamber uses an air-to-air system to vary temperatures from 200° to -70°C and back in ten seconds. The WSP employes a dry nitrogen feed system to facilitate oxygen purging, which keeps chilled workloads condensation free.
