Ionized air rinser / blowing machine for bottle

The bottles is turned 180º by means of a side-grip. While the bottle is upside down, it is submitted to a blowing process, and right after to an aspiration process. A filter located on the vacuum fan mouth, catch the particles.
Since the Air Rinser is located near the filler, it is manufactured in stainless steel AISI-304, with the exception of the gearboxes and fans.
The PET bottles might keep some particles in its inside due to static electricity. If we use ionized air for cleaning, we are changing the polarity being able to unstick the particle from the container, and then they are being aspirated by the fan. It is highly recommended to purchase the ionized air kit for the PET containers.
